Review: My West Elm Mirror

Review: My West Elm Mirror

I had been needing a full length mirror for years now but never found one that I liked. It didn't help that we had lived in 3 different apartments over the last 7 years so I was not willing to commit to such a huge purchase knowing that I would probably change my color scheme at some point. That's why when we decided to buy our first home and I figured out the theme of my dressing room, it was easier to commit to a mirror.

West Elm is one of our go-to stores when we need items for our home. Even if I scour other stores, I always end up going to their website or heading to their location near our home (which closed a few weeks ago!!!).

I've mentioned in one of my vlogs before that the theme for my dressing room/office will be white and metalic gold and rose golds. I love the clean airy feel of white and the metalic finishes adds a touch of glam. No other mirror fits this theme than the Marble + Brass Floor Mirror from West Elm

The mirror features a white marble on the top and bottom and the sides are framed with gold hardware. While this is a floor mirror, it also comes with the necessary tools to mount on the wall. Be careful as this mirror is quite heavy so I definitely recommend recruiting a friend or family or husband or brother or the hulk to assist you with this.

Be warned: I got this mirror when it first came out a few months ago and apparently, I am not the only one who loves it. My friend tried to order it this past weekend and was told that the mirrors are backordered and are expected to start shipping again in June or July. If you're looking to snag one of these, I recommend ordering now but expect to receive it this summer.

For those of you looking for a smaller mirror, they do have a smaller version called the Marble + Brass Wall Mirror
